題名：國民小學教師教學效能評鑑量表編製之研究

　　　　　本研究根據教師教學效能之文獻分析的六個向度與變項： (1) 教學效能自我信念 十題、(2) 系統呈現教材內容十題、 (3) 多元有效教學技術、 (4) 有效運用教學時間十題 (5) 建立和諧師生關係十題、(6) 營造良好師生關係十題，編製「國民小學教師教學效能調 查問卷」進行研究，建構的「教師教學效學」評鑑指標。經專家意見調查後，修訂量表進行 預試，分析本量表之信度、效度所得結果如下： 一、量表各向度與總量表之內在相關佳 各向度與總量表內在相關皆達顯著水準， 相關程度分別為.8245、 .9016、.8809、.9059、 .8901、.8797，可見本量表之向度與總量表結構良好。 二、量表各向度因素分析結果佳 在國民小學教師教學效能調查問卷上， 以 228 位國小教師為受試者，其在於教師教學效能 調查問卷各向度題目的反應，採用主成份分析（ Principal Component Analysis ）因素， 以 eigenvalue 值大於 1 者為選入因素參考標準，其因素負荷量從.5214 至.8737，每題之 因素量皆大於.5000，顯示本量表各向度之題目佳，可見本量表之各題目更好。 三、量表各題與各向度及總量表之內在相關分析結果佳： 考驗各項與各向度之內在相關，從.6361 至.8681，皆達.01 之顯著水準， 可見各題與各向 度之結構良好。 其次，也考驗各題與總量表之內在相關從.4848 至.7833，皆達.01 之達著 水準，可見各題與總量表之結構良好。 四、量表的信度分析： 考驗「國民小學教師教學效能」各向度與總量表的內部一致性： 發現「總量表」之 Cronbach α係數高達.9774， 各向度 Cronbach α係數達從.8880 至.9355，顯示本量表之 總量表及各向度內部一致性高，信度佳。另為瞭解每題之「校正後項目整體相關」及「單題 刪除後α係數減低情形」，以作者編製正式問卷選題之依據。 五、量表的驗證性因素分析：從本研究前述教師教學效能總量表與六向度之測量模式的研究 發現，在模式基本適配標準評鑑結果、模式整體適配標準評鑑結果、模式內在結構適配標準 評鑑結果皆佳，由此可以支持本研究之測量模式之建構良好。歸納本研究之結果如下：當教 師教學效能之「教學效能自我信念」愈佳、「系統呈現教材內容」愈佳、「多元有效教學技 術」愈佳、「有效運用教學時間」愈佳、「建立和諧師生關係」、「營造良好班級氣氛」愈 佳，則「推」教師教學教能的力量也愈強。歸納前述量表各向度與總量表之內在相關分析、 量表各向度因素分析、量表各題與各向度及總量表之內在相關分析、信度分析而言，本研究 工具是一具有信度、效度、及因素分析結果皆的測量工具。因此，本研究之教師教學效能評 鑑指標、向度，適合作為學校進行教學評鑑或教師作自我檢核教學效能使用，並藉以建立我 國國民小教師教學效能評鑑指標之參考。
