本文旨在分析組織文化的功能，暨其在學校經營上的應用。首先，簡述組織文化 研究的重要性；其次，探討組織文化的涵義暨功能；再次，評析組織文化案例成功的因素； 最後，提出組織文化功能在學校經營上之應用策略如下：一、瞭解並導入「組織文化」理念 ，遴選轉化型領導者擔任校長，以有效主導學校發展方向。二、建立「高品質、高價值的專 業服務」的學校經營哲學，並積極建立有形與無形的「學校識別與形象系統」。三、貫徹「 經營哲學」、「具體方案」與「實踐行動」三合一精神，發揮組織文化的深層行政管理功能 與文化涵育功能。四、善用文化管理策略，建構「支持性、創新性、專業性、精緻型、教育 型、學習型與批判反省型」的優質主流學校組織文化。

　　　　　The Purpose of this paper was to analyze the functions of organizational culture and to apply the following strategies to school operation: 1.To understand and introduce concepts of organizational culture, and to elect the transformational leader as principal to lead the direction of school development. 2.To establish the philosophy of "quality, value, profession and service" and to create the "school identity system". 3.To pursue the coherence of philosophy, program and action, and to achieve the functions of management and culture. 4.To build the organizational culture of support, creation, profession, elaboration, education and learning.
