This paper studies the curriculum of kindergarten leadership. By means of observation, interview, and documentation, we investigate the capacity of a director of kindergarten in mapping strategy, facing challenges, solving problems. As results, we find that the leadership course is shaped (1) to deal with 10 main challenges from personnel, curriculum and parents, (2) to map 19 strategies centered around leadership itself, personnel, curriculum and instruction method and interaction with community and parents. The analysis of the way of dealing with chal;lenges and problems, the choice of strategies and the skill of communication as well as the readiness for innovation would reveal the competence of a kindergarten director. Since to confront challenge requires for a wise adoption of suitable strategies, and since each strategy is mapped to effectively deal with different problems, the leadership curriculum is rather complex and relatingt to all aspects of a kindergarten.
