權力與政治行為一直是組織行為與領導理論討論的話題。隨著社會變遷與教育改革的推動，學校組織具多元複雜性，且日趨政治化。以政治的觀點探討學校行政理論，其與權力的互動關係息息相關；若從微觀政治的角度分析領導的發展，不但對校長工作能有更充分的瞭解，更可作為校長領導改進之依據。本研究首先進行微觀政治相關文獻之分析，其次透過微觀政治學探討校長與教師政治權力策略；並利用觀察研究法，以學校微觀政治之角度剖析個案學校校長與教師互動之過程，提供瞭解學校內部運作的另類思維。研究發現學校中潛藏校長與教師權力運用之衝突，校長注重公共關係，教師則重視教學工作。此外，研究發現會議控制為校長最常採行之政治權力策略，且大多數教師對於校長的要求採取順從策略。總之，透過微觀政治學，從不同的角度看待學校行政與教師之間的問題，了解組織運作下較不為人知的一面，有利於解決學校所潛藏之問題。學校領導者應堅持原則，做對的事，兼顧組織目標發展與個人需求滿足，注重社區公共關係但不可太過順從損及專業，透過會議充分溝通達成共識並發揮執行力。
The school organization is multiple and complex. Analyzing the theory of school administration with political point of view, the exercise of power is related to politics. To analyze leadership under the lens of micropolitics, we can understand the role of the principal, and improve the leadership of the principal. First, the author reviews the literatures of micropolitics. Second, the author adopts observation survey to analyze the micropolitical intentions between the principal and teachers. As the data analyzed, the conclusion shows as follows: 1. Interpersonal relationship between teachers and the principal is full of conflicts. 2. Public relation is important to the principal, and the instruction is important to teachers. 3. The principal often uses the control strategy tactics in meeting. 4. Under the requirement of the principal, most of the teachers become obedient. Under the lens of micropolitical analysis, we discover the inner problems between the principle and teachers. Finally, according to the discoveries, suggestions are presented to improve the leadership.
