The school organization is multiple and complex. Analyzing the theory of school administration with political point of view, the exercise of power is related to politics. To analyze leadership under the lens of micropolitics, we can understand the role of the principal, and improve the leadership of the principal. First, the author reviews the literatures of micropolitics. Second, the author adopts observation survey to analyze the micropolitical intentions between the principal and teachers. As the data analyzed, the conclusion shows as follows: 1. Interpersonal relationship between teachers and the principal is full of conflicts. 2. Public relation is important to the principal, and the instruction is important to teachers. 3. The principal often uses the control strategy tactics in meeting. 4. Under the requirement of the principal, most of the teachers become obedient. Under the lens of micropolitical analysis, we discover the inner problems between the principle and teachers. Finally, according to the discoveries, suggestions are presented to improve the leadership.
