本研究旨在探究國中校長的政治敏覺力。研究方法係以文獻探討及問卷調查法為主。研究者自編國中校長政治敏覺力評估問卷;α=.944、因素負荷量介於.539 ~ .879、解釋變異量(%)為45.860 ~ 66.567。採分層隨機抽樣,針對全國22縣市之公私立現職國中校長(含附設國中部之高中職校長及中小學校長)實施調查。正式問卷發出376份,回收346份,問卷回收率為92.0%,有效問卷340份,有效率90.4%。問卷資料以描述性統計、t考驗、單因子變異數分析(F檢定、LSD)、Pearson積差相關等統計方法進行分析比較。
問卷調查結果分析顯示:一、不同性別及教職年資的校長,有關校園政治環境適應之理解力達顯著差異;其中,以政治環境掌握之看法的組間差異較為顯著。二、不同學校種類(公私立)、學制、學校歷史、個人最高學歷等之校長,有關校園政治行為因應之行動力達顯著差異;其中,不同學校種類、個人最高學歷之校長,同時在權力運作技能、衝突管理技能、及影響力發揮等三方面有顯著差異。三、不同背景變項的校長,有關校園政治活動順應之反思力,組間差異未達顯著水準。四、不同學校種類及學校歷史的校長,其政治敏覺力有顯著差異。研究建議則提供校長實務工作及後續研究之參考。
The purpose of this study is to explore the political acumen of junior high school principals. The research methods are based on literature review and questionnaire survey. The Political Acumen Self-Assessment Questionnaire(Cronbach’s Alpha=.944;Factor Loading between .539 ~ .879;Explaining of Variation between 45.860 ~ 66.567%)is developed by the researcher. By random sampling to implement the investigation for in-service principals public and private schools in Taiwan, 376 questionnaires are send out, 346 are responded. The respond rate is 92.0%. The effective questionnaire is 340 and the effective rate is 90.4%. The questionnaire data is analyzed and compared by statistical methods such as descriptive statistics, T-test, One-way ANOVA and Pearson product-moment correlation.
The questionnaire survey shows that: First, the understandings of the political environment in the campus between different gender and teaching-years principals are significantly different. Second, the applying of strategies among different types of schools (public or private), school system, school history, the highest degree of personal education degree are all significantly different. Third, the reflecting of political actions among different background principals is not obviously different. Finally, the political acumen between different school types and school history is significantly different.
