本研究目的在驗證北區健康俱樂部之主管領導行為、員工的組織承諾、組織效能等變項之因果模式與相互關係。以選擇位於北部地區(包含基隆市、臺北縣 、臺北市、桃園縣、新竹縣、新竹市等)之俱樂部。從母群名單中隨機抽取25家俱樂部中的500位員工進行施測。資料經結構方程模式分析結果顯示,在健康俱樂部中,主管的領導實踐行為會正面影響員工的組織承諾與組織效能。且在健康俱樂部中,員工的組織承諾亦會正面影響組織效能。
The purpose of this study was to testify the cause and effect model and the mutual relationship of the varieties such as the supervisors’ leading behavior, the employees’ commitment to the company and the organizational efficiency. That took place in recreational sports/fitness clubs in northern Taiwan. Those clubs’ locations included the worth district like Keelung city, Taipei county, Taipei city, Taoyuan county, Hsinchu city and county. 500 employees from these 25 recreational sports/fitness clubs were tested by random and these data analyzed by SEM manifested that the supervisors’ practical leading behavior would positively affected the employees’ commitment and efficiency to the organization and the employees’ commitment influenced them efficiency as well.
