本文從知識管理角度,探討學校應如何對學生的學習策略作知識管理,其重點包括:(1)可採觀察、晤談、有聲思考、同儕教導等方式,蒐集成功學習者的內隱性學習策略知識,將其轉化為外顯知識;(2)將學習策略外顯知識按分類架構整理儲存,製作成學習策略手冊,或是建立電腦網頁供線上學習,作為指引學生有效學習的資料;(3)採用直接訓練、經驗總結與分享、同儕教導、動態評量進行個別診斷與輔導等方式,有效傳遞學習策略知識,以協助學生成功使用所蒐集的學習策略知識;(4)師生可不斷創新有效學習策略知識。
This article explores knowledge management on strategic learners. The first main issue was the implicit knowledge of the strategic learners which could be collected through observation, interview, thinking aloud, or peer tutoring, and then transformed into explicit knowledge. Secondly, the explicit knowledge of learning strategies could be classified and stored into user manuals or computer on-line usage. Thirdly, in order to deliver effective learning strategies, the use of direct training, experience sharing, mentors tutoring, or dynamic assessment could be adopted. Fourthly, it is recommended that more effective learning strategies could be recreated constantly.
