This study aims at probing into the knowledge management competence developing, including its content structure and indicators for the upper grade students at primary schools. The results were to provide to the related professionals for the education of our young generations to live and adapt well in the knowledge economy society. This study adopted literature analysis method to explore the contents of knowledge management competences. The study contents included the study from knowledge management theories, the examination of the Ten Major Basic Competencies issued by the Ministry of Education for Grade 1-9 students, and the review of the curriculum competency indicators for the upper grade pupils at primary school, as well as their relevance to knowledge management. This study built the upper grade students' knowledge management content structure at primary school with 4 competency classifications, 7 competency subjects, and 39 competency indicators. They are to be used for references of the related educational administrators, the curriculum developers, the school teachers, and the researcher.
