The purpose of this study was to explore the planned behavior of teaching in expert preschool physical education (PE) teachers. Based on the qualitative methods and theoretical sampling, thirteen preschool PE teachers, who have more than 15-year teaching experience, were interviewed by using semi-structured interview. Actual teaching situation of 3 teachers were observed by participation observation and documentary analysis. Interview reports were analyzed by open and axial coding process. All information was rearranged and analyzed. This study indicated that the main contents of the planned behavior of teaching in expert preschool PE teachers, which included "teaching plans and objectives," "teaching preparation" and "material contents." The concepts of "teaching plans and objectives" were included to draft a plan, objectives of teaching, and the content of curriculum. The concepts of "teaching preparation" were included to ready for the equipment and preparation before to conduct a class. The concepts of "material contents" were included design of activities, material extensions, arrangements and uses of equipment, and times arrangements and procedure of activities. This study showed that expert preschool PE teachers established proper teaching plans and objectives, prepared fully before teaching, designed the teaching materials and games attentively.
