題名:應用問題導向學習於個案基本照護之學習成效研究

本研究論文旨在了解護理系學生的學習知能成效及問題解決能力態度,進而提供課程規劃設計與教學調整之參考。本研究應用問題導向學習教學於個案基本照護科目,研究對象為科技大學護理系二年級學生。在研究設計上,以準實驗研究法為研究方法,以實驗分組的方式進行,於學期的第十一週後進行比較實驗組與控制組之學習成效差異;對於實驗組學生應用問題導向學習教學後,進行滿意度調查。資料分析分成兩部分,量性方面,採用獨立樣本單一變項共變數分析(ANCOVA)進行學習成效及學習滿意度分析,資料分析採用之軟體分別為SPSS 12.0 與SMART PLS M3 。質性方面,用焦點團體訪談法蒐集資料,資料分析採內容分析進行歸納分析。
研究結果顯示:1.實驗組學生在經由PBL教學介入後,個案基本照護筆試前後測成績是進步的,尤其是「促進身體舒適方法」單元的成績提升最為顯著。2.實驗組與控制組在筆試與模擬情境技術操作測驗方面,兩組無顯著差異。3.在問題解決能力態度方面,實驗組較控制組之問題解決能力態度有顯著成長。4.應用問題導向學習教學於本課程,學生的學習滿意度及對自我學習皆有高程度的滿意度,尤其是與同學的互動增加,可以互相學習。未來在護理教學裡,可加入這類的整合性模擬情境課程,並應用問題導向學習的教學,幫助護理學生提升問題解決的能力。本研究結果之貢獻為學術提供一個新的護理教學研究實證結果,研究內容也將提供教學者課程教學設計與調整上之參考。

This research aims to explore Nursing Department students’ learning competence effect and problem solving ability and attitude, and further provide reference for teaching adjustment. In research design, we employed quasi experimental research, proceeded experimental groups, and compared the learning effect differences between the Experimental Group and the Control Group after the 11th week of the semester. In respect of quantitative data, this research adopted ANCOVA to implement analysis of learning effect and learning satisfaction by SPSS 12.0 and SMART PLS M3. As for qualitative analysis, this thesis collected data by focus group interview, while it analyzed data by content analysis for inductive analysis.
The research results show: 1. Concerning learning competence effect, there is no significant difference in learning effect between the Experimental Group and the Control Group. 2. After problem orientation learning teaching, the Experimental Group students made significant difference in score of written exam and that of simulated situation technical operation, showing that application of problem orientation learning teaching to this program makes bigger difference in individual student’s learning effect. 3. Regarding problem solving attitude, problem solving ability of students in the Experimental Group has remarkable growth in comparison to those in the Control Group. 4. In respect of application problem orientation learning teaching in this program, students’ satisfaction is both high with learning and self learning. In nursing teaching in the future, such integrated simulated situation programs can be added into the programs, and problem orientation learning teaching can also be applied to help students in Nursing Department raise problem solving ability.
