The purpose is to discuss under the reform of Grade 1-9 Curriculum, the current pre-policy and actual performance of the development on teacher's profession in elementary schools, as well as the analysis and evaluate the current situation of the participance of professional activities from teachers in elementary schools, for further plan the need of future professional development activities. The methods adopted in this research were: literature survey, documentary analysis, visiting interview, experience interview, and questionnaire survey. The tool of study was "the questionnaire of innovation and study demand of language learning areas in elementary schools", with stratified random sampling from 105 public elementary schools. The data from the investigation would be carried out by statistics software package. Last, the data got from the study methods mentioned above and the main conclusion as well as relation suggestions proposed could be the reference for related organizations.
