　　　　　本研究旨在編一份適合評估役男軍中適應狀況的量表。經志願役及義務役軍中成員半結構的問卷調查結果，軍中適應量表包括「習慣軍中」、「軍中人際」、「身心健康」、及「心態接受」四個向度。量表作答方式採Likert四點量表尺計分，全量表共有56題。經正式抽樣1078名現正服役的役男在量表上的反應加以分析，分量表的信度Alpha係數介於.73-.91，總量表的Alpha值等於.95。隔三週的重測信度介於.68-.79之間。本研究的效度有三：1.與身心健康量表相關的「同時效度」，相關係數介於-.405至-.631之間，均達.01極顯著水準。2.正常組與明德班比較之「效標團體效度」，正常組在總量表的得分達極顯著的高於明德班。3.受試自評軍中適應，和長官評量其軍中適應，二者求相關的「效標關連效度」，只有「心態接受」一個分量表達顯著水準。研究者根據研究結果，提出建議及進一步研究方向。
　　　　　The major purpose of this study was to develop an appropriate assessment instrument for military adjustment. There were 4 subscales in the Military Adjustment Inventory: "used to military life, military interpersonal relationship, mental and physical health, and accept enlist attitude." This inventory consisted of 56 items which used the Liker 4-point scale. Data were collected from a sample of 1078 enlist men and the results were reports. The results were: 1.The Cronbach alpha coefficient was .73-.91, total alpha coefficient was .95. The stability coefficient was .68-.79 when retested after 3 weeks. 2. The content validity was -.401 to -.631. 3.Predict validity and construct validity were significant, p<.01. The reliability and validity of this study appear to be good.
