The main task of grade 1─9 curriculum cultivation seed teacher and team members of primary education counsel group is to provide the assistance, service and counsel toward enhancing new curriculum and teaching of schools and teachers, which is the facilitator of teacher profession in essential. The research adapted questionnaire, semi─structural interview, documentation, document development questionnaire and interview outline as tools, and took 214 cultivation seed teachers in past 3.5 years from 6 counties in middle area, and, the 12 teachers who were selected as the central curriculum counsels, as the focus, to proceed data collection and analysis. The research mainly discovers the teacher’s attitude toward professional competency, their own professional competency, the correlation between seminar and professional competency, and the service effectiveness of grade 1─9 curriculum cultivation seed teachers. The research also discovers the different points of view of seed teachers with different variance to professional competency and service effectiveness, and the correlation between professional competency and service effectiveness. We hope to bring some benefits in enhancing the professional competency and service effectiveness of team members in local primary education group.
