研究係探討我國因應課程變革推動《大學與國民中小學教師專業夥伴攜手計畫》,此計畫目標旨透過師資培育大學與中小學攜手合作,建立較長期之專業發展夥伴關係,以期課程理論與實務的結合,提升學習效果,展現課程改革的成效。因此,本研究希能深入瞭解其專業的內涵,及本土性的實施模式、限制與挑戰,並省思其對課程變革的助益,進而尋求我國專業攜手理念與實踐的策略。 本研究理念層面以文獻探討「大學與中小學專業夥伴攜手合作的理念及其對中小學參與課程改革的意涵」、「課程改革與專業發展的實踐策略」等為立論基礎,並分析台灣2003-2006年大學與中小學執行專業夥伴攜手合作推動課程改革的經驗,俾瞭解其影響因素及成效,進而提出具體建議。本研究以內容分析、深度訪談、焦點團體訪談為研究方法,蒐集連續通過三年攜手計畫案例加以分析。最後,根據結論提出大學與中小學專業攜手推動課程變革之建議。
The goal of this research is mainly to discuss “the partnership program between college and junior high/elementary school”that our country responded to curriculum reformation and has begun to program. The objective of the project is to facilitate the partnership relation between college and junior high/elementary schools through the support requests from junior high/elementary schools to teacher-training universities or vice versa. We hope to combine curriculum theoretical with practical and to promote the effect of study and show the result of curriculum reformation. Therefore, we hope we can understand thoroughly and evaluate the advantages of this program, moreover, we can find out the tactic of partnership concepts and actions. The perspective of this research is using literature review to induction of “the concept of partnership program between college and junior high/elementary schools and the meaning of that participate in curriculum reform at junior high/elementary schools " and "Practice strategy of curriculum reform and professional development ", and which is used to be the argument foundation. In order to understand the influence facts and the outcomes that we analyzsis the experience of partnership program between college and junior high/elementary schools that is executed by Ministry of Education in Taiwan from 2003 to 2006. The method of this research is using content analysis, in-depth interview and focus group interview, and the analysis of the partnership program in past three years. In the end, according to the conclusion we proposed the suggestion of curriculum transformation promoted by collaboration plan of the college and junior high/elementary schools.
