教師工作是一項非常複雜的專業工作,具有多樣性與變動性的特 質,教師在教育工作上的專業表現,最直接且影響最大的即為教學效能有效發揮,尤其是課堂上學生的學習與教師的教學息息相關,無論是在課堂上所展現出的教學行為,或是對於學校行政的配合接扮演舉足輕重之角色,教師是否能展現出良好的理想行為就顯得格外重要,因此,本研究經由學校行政主管的觀點探討教師理想行為。本研究主要以自編「教師理想行為量表」為研究工具,研究對象以南投縣142 所公立國民小學管理階層的行政者(校長及主任)為主要對象,所得資料經探索性因素分析、獨立樣本t 檢定、單變量變異數與階層線性迴歸等統計方進行分析,結果顯示:一、不同性別、年齡、學校規模、學歷之學校行政主管,對於教師之理想行為並未有顯著差異;二、職位、性別與年資之行政主管對教師理想行為並未有所影響。同時本研究僅針對個人變項加以探討,建議未來研究可針對組織層次變項進行探討,以更瞭解組織相關變項對於教師理想行為之影響力。
Teaching was a complicated professional work with diversity and variability. The effectiveness of teaching effectively had most direct influence professional performance of teachers, particularly in learning of students and teaching of teachers. Teachers played an important role in teaching behavior and administration. Thus, it was particularly important for that teachers show ideal behavior or not. The purpose of this study was to explore the ideal behavior of teachers through the perspective of administrator(principals and seniors). This study mainly took "The ideal behaviors of teacher questionnaire" as a research tool and 142 principles in public elementary schools in Nantou County for samples. The data analysis used exploratory factor analysis, t test and single-variable variation. The results showed that: (1) Administrators in schools though that ideal behavior contained classroom management and teaching, but administration related items were low score. (2) There were no significant differences between different background variables of the school administrators in ideal behaviors teachers. We suggested that future research could be aimed at exploring the impact of organizational level.
