The purpose of this study was to explore the impact of principals' negative leadership interactive emotion between dean of student affairs and principal, and principal satisfaction in primary schools and junior high schools. The study employed literature review and questionnaire surveys. Data were collected from dean of student affairs in primary schools and junior high schools. The total usable number of questionnaires returned was 330. The result of the study has shown that the state of principals' negative leadership, interactive emotion and principal satisfaction is acceptable. There were significant relationships among principals' negative leadership, interactive emotion between dean of student affairs and principal, and principal satisfaction. In addition, the impact of principals' negative leadership and principal satisfaction was significant. Finally, the author tried to make some suggestions for educators to improve principal leadership and the future study.
