The purpose of this study was to inquire the relationship between principal’s transformational, transactional leadership and school organizational performance. The study methods were adopted literature review and questionnaire. The subjects included 1062 teachers from public schools .The collected data were analyzed by descriptive statistic, one-way ANOVA, Pearson product-moment correlation and multiple stepwise regression analysis. Conclusions were made as followings: 1.The general situations of principal's transformational、transactional leadership and school organizational performance are good. 2.Principal's transformational and transactional leadership are major aspects to effectively explain school organizational performance. 3.There are close relationships among principal's transformational、transactional leadership and school organizational performance. 4.Higher principal's transformational and transactional leadership will result in better organizational performance. According to the conclusions, followings are the suggestion and recommendation: 1.Enact School Accountability Act to increase school organizational accountability. 2.Shape school's vision to lead all member's working direction. 3.Exercise motivation to encourage teacher's job performance. 4.Implement organizational change to increase school organizational adaptability.
