隨著國民中學女性校長比率的提升，女性校長的領導成為教育人員關注的議題。為進一步瞭解女性校長的轉型領導的內涵與現況，本研究針對女性校長轉型領導提出一個測量模型，並以桃園縣公立國民中學教師為研究對象，採問卷調查法進行，共蒐集379 份有效問卷。首先，透過驗證性因素分析進行測量模型驗證，其次，利用描述性統計、單因子變異數分析等方法進行資料分析。依據研究結果，本研究獲致以下結論：（一）女性校長轉型領導測量模式獲得支持；（二）桃園縣國民中學教師知覺女性校長轉型領導係屬「中高程度」表現；（三）學歷較高、兼任行政職務、學校規模小、學校歷史短之教師，對於女性校長轉型領導知覺較佳。

As the higher proportion of female principals in junior high schools, people start to follow the issue of the leadership of these female principals. To understand the contents and current states of female principals’ transformational leadership, this study develops an assessment tool to measure the female principals’ transformational leadership. The teachers of public junior high schools in Taoyuan County were chosen as samples and 379 valid copies of questionnaire were collected. The data was analyzed by confirmatory factor analysis to verify the measurement model first, and then the description statistics and ANOVA were used. Three findings are proposed: (1) the measurement model of female principals’ transformational leadership was approved; (2) the current states of female principals’ transformational leadership perceived by junior high school teachers are mid-high; and (3) teachers with higher educated, part-time administrative duties, and working in smaller and newer schools have better evaluation for female principals’ transformational leadership.
