The purpose of this research was to investigate faculties' idea of "Student Ratings of Instruction" that was carried out in eleven universities of technology and the difference of idea among faculties who have different background in these universities. The faculties' background variables were gender, age, position education, teaching field, and years of teaching. By means of literature analysis and self-edited survey, this research was aimed at 181 teachers in 89 spring semester at these universities of technology. The data were analyzed with using t-test, one-way ANOVA, and Chi-square test.
