題名:課程發展與課程領導的行動智慧

本文旨在從「覺?知?行?思」的行動智慧視框,探究課程發展與領導的行動智慧。首先,提出六大常見的課程發展問題,並析述影響課程因素的覺察;其次,論述課程發展與領導的系統化知能之培養;再次,論述課程發展與領導可應用的高效行動策略,包括:1. 善用行動智慧教學模式、教師領導與行動研究,使教師增能;2. 巧用組織、核心團隊、課程地圖與工具,強化課發會的功能;3. 權變善用多元的課程發展模式,以轉化型領導促發課程改革;4. 運用有效能的課程與教學領導行為,促動學生進行樂效學習;5. 發揮知識管理與分享的功能,促進課程通透理解與正向發展;6. 正向激勵熱情、從容慢學、明快釋義、整合家長及社區資源;7. 進行系統化革新、案例分享,透過善巧溝通,加強課程評鑑;8. 建立研發獎勵機制,發展自主學習課程,永續經營校本課程。最後,提出課程發展與領導的批判省思。
