This research aims to explore the relationship between class tutors' leadership styles (charismatic leadership, transformational leadership, transactional leadership and paternalistic leadership), class atmosphere and attitudes to learning vocational high school students in food and beverage management department in Taipei area. We also examine social support could be a moderator in class tutors' leadership styles and class atmosphere. Questionnaire survey method was used to collect data through convenience sampling. The sample of this research regards vocational high school students in food and beverage management department in Taipei area. There were 1280 surveys were sent, while 1130 valid data were returned. The results show that: (1) class tutors' leadership styles (charismatic leadership, transformational leadership, transactional leadership and paternalistic leadership) has a positive relationship with class atmosphere. (2) Class atmosphere has a positive relationship with attitudes to learning. (3) Class tutors' leadership styles (charismatic leadership, transformational leadership, transactional leadership and paternalistic leadership) have a positive relationship with attitudes to learning. (4) Social support shows obvious impact on the relations between class tutors' leadership styles (charismatic leadership, transformational leadership, transactional leadership and paternalistic leadership), and class atmosphere.
