根據內政部的統計顯示，台灣老年人口（65歲以上）在2018年3月底達14.05%，正式邁入高齡社會（aged society）。許多長者入住長照機構，衍生照顧的多元需求，其中，老人懷舊團體活動對機構長者的益處已多所討論，但如何正確且有益地執行之，則缺乏相關的探討。本研究的目的，係透過服務學習融渗老人社會工作課程，以老人機構懷舊團體活動進行服務學習，並藉由此過程，建構老人懷舊團體活動手冊，以供未來機構推動老人懷舊團體活動之參考。本研究採行動研究法，將服務學習歷程設計為四個階段：準備階段（計劃期）、工作階段（執行期）、反思階段（評值期）與慶賀階段（結束期），由服務學生以小組方式，帶領桃園市某長照機構長輩，進行各個階段的規劃與運作，包括6次懷舊團體活動的介入，並將懷舊團體活動執行過程整理成老人懷舊團體活動手冊。本研究的成果，有助於提供未來機構執行老人懷舊團體活動時之參考，尤其在照顧人力短缺、相關照護人員沒有受過相關訓練時，本研究的發現成果有助於照護相關人員之參考。
On the end of March, 2018, the amount of the elderly people who was 65 years old above, surpassed 14% of the total population and thereby, Taiwanese society became a so-called aged society. The aging population is still increasing continually, so it has strong need of elderly facilities. In elderly facilities, reminiscence group activity becomes more popular in accompany with the increment of miscellaneous activities. However, there is limited research on the executive process of the reminiscence group activity for the elderly facility. Therefore, the purpose of this research plans to establish the guidebook for implementing the reminiscence group for the elderly facility through service learning. We adopt action research method and divide the service learning into four stages: preparation, execution, rethinking, and celebration. We implemented 6 times reminiscence group activities and made a guidebook for summarizing the experience of reminiscence group activities. The results of this research may enhance the implementation of reminiscence group activities in long-term care facilities, particularly for that with limited care givers and knowledge about the reminiscence group activities.
