團隊為了提高其效能,領導者領導風格是團隊成功關鍵因素。本研究主要在探討組織文化、團隊互動、團隊效能與領導者領導風格間關係。研究結果發現,整體而言,組織文化、團隊互動、團隊效能與轉型領導均有正向關聯性。在組織文化中,團隊精神及創新卓越對轉型領導有正向影響。團隊精神及創新卓越之組織文化對團隊互動與團隊效能有顯著正向的影響。此外,團隊互動及團隊效能對轉型領導有正向影響;而垂直互動對交易型領導呈負向影響。進一步更發現,轉型領導的領導風格在組織文化與團隊互動以及組織文化與團隊效能的關係上扮演中介角色。因此,為提升團隊效能,除了強化組織文化、加強團隊互動外,更應該尋找轉型領導的團隊領導者領導風格,如此一來對於團隊效能的提升將會有一定的幫助。
