題名:從課程領導者的角色期望--談我國國小校長課程領導之困境與展望

我國自民國九十學年度起實施中小學九年一貫課程綱要,而本次課程改革的重要精神之一,便是倡導發展學校本位課程。在學校本位課程發展漸受重視的情況下,校長的課程領導遂成為課改革能否成功的重要因素,因此各界對於校長的課程領導莫不冀予厚望。但校長應如何扮演好課程領導者的角色,對於許多校長而言是相當新鮮的課題;且在現今保守的校園文化下,亦有許多的困難待校長加以克服,方能順利帶領教師發展課程。本文從課程領導者的角色期望,探討我國國小校長課程領導的困境與展望。文中首先就課程領導的意義與校長課程領導的必要性加以分析,接著探討有效的課程領導與學者對於課程領導者的角色期望,再據此探究目前國小校長課程領導的困境。最後,針對未來如何落實校長的課程領導提出八點建議。
The new nine-years top-to-down curriculum program has started to run in the elementary schools of Taiwan from the 90th academic year. One of the essences of the new curriculum is to develop the school-based curriculum. As a result, the curriculum leadership of the principal will significantly influence the success of the curriculum development, and thus becomes whom the public places hope on. How to play the role of leader for curriculum development is a new topic but has obstacle to conquer for the principal due to the currently conservative culture of the campus. This paper discusses the difficulties and the prospect of the principal from the role expectation of the curriculum leader. The meaning of curriculum leadership and the necessity for the principle are analyzed first. Then the effective curriculum leadership and the scholar's expectation for the curriculum leader are discussed. Accordingly, the difficulties of the curriculum leader are investigated. Finally, eight suggestions were proposed to fulfill the curriculum leadership of principal.
