The purpose of this study is to explore the meta-evaluation of the faculty evaluation system of National Pingtung University of Education, and through the evaluation, find out the advantages and defects about the system. In this study, we collect the opinion on the evaluation system from those evaluated teachers, evaluators, and the evaluation planning and implementation departments with questionnaires, analyze it, and get the conclusion. And at the last, we present the concrete suggestions accordingly for the future improvement. In this study, four standards, propriety, utility, feasibility, and accuracy are applied as the evaluation criterion. With propriety standards, the evaluation can be implemented legally and ethically, and the benefits of all the stakeholders will be considered. With utility standards, the system works acceptably. But the application of the evaluation results and the subsequent consulting measures do not work well. With feasibility standards, the system works well. That is, it is feasible and can be performed easily. But the availability of time, human resource, and funds is not enough. And it is also politically feasible. With accuracy standards, the system works acceptably.
