「正向領導」是近年來極受重視的領導論述,融合了正向心理學、正向組織學、正向組織行為與肯定式探詢等不同概念發展而成。校長正向領導藉由激勵教師,營造學校的正向氣氛,進而促進正向溝通、建立正向關係,最終提升學校效能。本文旨在探討校長正向領導對教師教學之影響,透過文獻分析法與觀察進行資料蒐集,分析校長正向領導的新趨勢,並了解正向領導的意義與內涵。其次,探析正向領導的理論基礎,並探討校長正向領導對教師教學的重要影響。最後提出校長正向領導在教師教學上的實踐作法,建議校長要對教師表達支持關心與感恩,孕育學校正向氣氛;發展教師優勢能力,培養團隊正向關係;採用支持性的溝通,促進成員正向溝通;強調教師自我實現,賦予工作正向意義,以期協助校長改善領導問題,而能增進教師教學效能。
