     本研究旨在探索弔詭管理的意義,藉以分析其在學校目標的應用,以 幫助學校運作能力的提升。通常弔詭具有透過矛盾、對立對抗探索智慧的意義。 而學校的目標可分為中介目標與終極目標。以中介目標而言,可以應用組織競值 途徑模式,以分權-集權與內在-外在兩個向度,乃建構出四組矛盾、對立的學校 目標--共八個目標。這四組或八個學校目標為:調適能力-穩定能力、資訊習得能 力-資訊管理能力、人力資源擴展能力-目標設定(計畫)能力、凝聚力-效率等,呈 現弔詭的中介目標。因此透過矛盾、對立學校目標的對抗,以探索合理的目標實 體,將有利於學校目標弔詭的管理,進而增進學校終極目標的實現。最後,透過 學校行政領導方式對於學校目標弔詭管理的分析,來探索學校行政的良好領導心 向。
